John & Maureen have lived in East Bradford for 28 years, have 4 children, 3 grandchildren & rescue dog Luxie

45 years of planning experience:

  • Chester County Planning Comission - 7 years
  • Brandywine Conservancy - 34 years
  • West Chester University - 12 years (adjunct instructor)


Professional accomplishments:

  • The first Chester County Open Space Plan;
  • East Bradford Open Space Plans, 1993 & 2009;
  • Comprehensive Plans, Zoning Ordinances, & development reviews in over 100 municipalities;
  • Promoted the preservation of Crebilly Farm & enlargement of our own Stroud Preserve.
