The first Chester County Open Space Plan;
East Bradford Open Space Plans, 1993 & 2009;
Comprehensive Plans, Zoning Ordinances, & development reviews in over 100 municipalities;
Promoted the preservation of Crebilly Farm & enlargement of our own Stroud Preserve.

We are revising our zoning and historic preservation ordinances, my areas of extensive expertise. I’d liketo see this through to completion.

Fiscal Responsibility & Govenance - Our Budget & Tax Rate are low, as is our staff to population ratio.
60% of our Township is open space with 16 parks & preserves & over 30 miles of trails.
